Rates are Lethbridge First Aid are very affordable, practically the cheapest in the area. All fees are paid in full during enrolment, inclusive of taxes, certificates, and St Mark James training manuals. Students who drop out and are able to give a 72-hour notice beforehand are entitled to full refunds of the fees.
Certification programs
First aid training programs are focused on the emergency medical services (EMS) system and the associated skills. Students learn how to perform cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR), automated external defibrillation (AED), and wound care among a multitude of skills. The standard first aid program last 14-16 hours total.
Extra programs
Stand-alone classes for CPR are also available, inclusive of AED training. AEDs are machines that are attached to the chest and supply needed shock to the heart. CPR classes have three levels (A, C, HCP), lasting 4, 5, and 6 hours respectively.
Private training is also available, with instructors certified by St Mark James. Students can book them for personal training at home or special training for company events. Just send an e-mail or give a call to inquire about booking them.
Certificates
To pass a program, students need complete attendance, 75 percent on the written exam, and good demonstration of skills. Certificate cards are awarded upon completion of the program, valid for three years. Wall-mount sized certificates may be requested as well.
Recertification for standard first aid is 8 hours long and held twice a week, inclusive of CPR level A, HCP, or C recertification.

There are several high-end training facilities throughout Lethbridge. All classrooms are spacious and well-maintained, and outfitted with the latest first aid and CPR training equipment. You can easily reach the centers by public and private transportation, with free parking available nearby.
